Well when you think summer you must be thinking Triathlon! And the Shed 2 Summer Triathlon & Duathlon series is what it is all about this summer. There are six events this summer and at each event there are three different races with different distance and options that should suit everyone from the absolute beginner to the seasoned athlete. Walkers are welcome and encouraged to enter.
This series is recommended for anyone aged 13 years and over. You can do the event as an individual or if that seems a bit much, get a friend and do it as a team. You could even get two friends and really have a fun and relaxed day out there.
